Her vision is to provide quality care with compassion, knowing that you and your family are never feeling alone. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home senior care in the Tri County area of Michigan. With a professional approach and a nurturing environment, she strives to support families and elderly individuals in need of assistance.

When I was young, God placed the desire in my heart to become a nurse. Being close with my grandmother who was full of life and very nurturing, continued to encourage me not to just play nurse, but to live it. From that moment on , the special times with grandma made all the difference in my joy of working with seniors today. In my 20 years of nursing, working in hospitals, nursing homes, home care agencies and private homes, there has always been the "one-on-one" experience of caregiving that will forever be in my heart. I have been blessed by the patients I've met and the friendships that continue to grow.

Luann will setup an appointment time to meet with you and your family for an in-depth home assessment to include lifestyle, current medical history, scope of care, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Transitions will bill whomever you authorize to pay for services. In most cases private duty services are not covered by insurance. Please reach out with any questions.
